Where our coffee grows

Given the abundance of choice from the many diverse Colombian coffee regions that we have been presented with, we thought is was time to go on another journey of coffee discovery and with this in mind, we would like to present to you our latest offering.

This coffee was selected from various small farm holders from regions within the Inzá Municipality, a tiny valley located on the western face of the south of the central branch of the Andean mountain range, in the eastern section of Cauca department. It is one of the few places growing Arabica Typica. The majority of farms have moved to growing Castillo. Inzá is a micro-region within Cauca.
This coffee scores above 87 points and was selected as a microlot coffee (87-89 points).

Altitude: 1200-2000masl.

Process Method: Washed

The high altitude of cultivation, which allows for a slow development of the coffee bean, gives the cup profile of Inzá its unique characteristics, which are further enhanced by fermenting it between 12 and 48 hours and drying on open and covered patios.

Anytime Roast

Tasting Notes: Caramelised nuttiness, chocolate, lemon, lime and floral flavours, sweet, clean and slightly citric with a creamy mouth feel
Acidity: Fine balance of sugars and acidity.
Body: Medium/full flavour.

After Dinner Dark Roast

Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate.
Acidity: Fine balance of sugars and muted acidity.
Body: Full flavour.
