The provenance of our coffee

Café Muisca specialises only in Colombian coffees, which are brought to you directly from selected coffee growing municipalities in Colombia’s majestic high Andes.

Each of our single-origin coffees have been sourced directly from Coffee Fincas (farms) that are chosen for their traditional farming practices, heritage and high quality produce.
Every coffee region possesses climatic characteristics, which help to determine the specifics of our coffees.

We choose coffees that exhibit a full body and flavour with a finely balanced acidity and floral aroma specific to Colombian coffees.
Whether you are a coffee connoisseur or not Café Muisca offers you a unique taste of Colombian passion in a cup.

Anytime Roast

Tasting Notes: Caramelised nuttiness, chocolate, lemon, lime and floral flavours, sweet, clean and slightly citric with a creamy mouth feel
Acidity: Fine balance of sugars and acidity.
Body: Medium/full flavour.

After Dinner Dark Roast

Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate.
Acidity: Fine balance of sugars and muted acidity.
Body: Full flavour.
