Coffee beans growing on the plant

Colombia is one of the most biodiverse countries and also the 3rd biggest producer of coffee in the world having a varied range of Arabica coffee varietals such as;

Tipica, Bourbon, Maragogipe, Tabi, Caturra, Variedad Castillo & Variedad Colombia.

Café Muisca specialises only in Colombian coffees, which are brought to you directly from selected coffee growing municipalities in Colombia’s majestic high Andes where the typical areas' average temperatures of 18ºC to 22ºC, rainfall ranging from 2000 to 4000mm annually, soil and topography having an average elevation of 1,759 metres, are particularly ideal for coffee production.

Each of our single-origin coffees have been sourced directly from Coffee Fincas (farms) that are chosen for their traditional farming practices, heritage and high quality produce. Every coffee region possesses climatic characteristics, which help to determine the specifics of our coffees.

We choose coffees that exhibit a full body and flavor with a finely balanced acidity and floral aroma specific to Colombian coffees.

Whether you are a coffee connoisseur or not Café Muisca offers you a unique taste of Colombian passion in a cup.
